Logo – Living Well Marketing

I recently created the logo for Living Well Marketing. I was initially approached to create a website, but it became apparent that a new logo was also needed. My client visited India twice in the last 12 months, and while there connected with a family in Jhansi, India, that currently cares for 13 orphans. As a result of this encounter, Living Word Ministries was born. Their vision is to build a facility that will house 150 orphaned children, along with a school, medical clinic and farm. Two plots of land have already been purchased, with more desired as opportunity arises. To fund this project and its ongoing costs, Living Word Ministries have established a business (Living Well Marketing) that is 100% owned by a charitable trust, and has not-for-profit and charity status in Australia. Their primary focus is to distribute wholesale food products to Australian supermarkets and other retail food outlets around South Australia and beyond. They specialise in mostly gluten-free, organic, fair trade and gourmet products. All net profits after expenses will go to the orphanage project.

Logo – Voices United

I had the privilege of working on the logo for Voices United, a new community organisation in Adelaide, South Australia that helps victims of rape. I know that word sounds stark and confronting for many, but one thing this organisation aims to do is remove the shame that victims feel and educate others on the reality of this very brutal act. “The act of RAPE is ugly… the victim is NOT”. Many victims feel they cannot voice what happened to them, that their voice has been silenced, but Voices United, is about many voices coming together, to find healing and restoration. The organisation will be providing educational programs throughout state secondary schools, and work in association with community houses across Adelaide, providing the adequate specified counselling that is required for victims and their families. The organisation will also be holding fundraising events in the near future to raise money for this very important and needed cause.

Branding – You + Me =

I had the privilege to work on the branding for Gee Greenslade‘s digital retouching business You + Me =. The idea behind her service is that many photographers need images retouched, but do not always have the time or necessary skills to do so. So that’s where You + Me = comes in. The photographer and digital retouch artist will work together in a really close-knit and long-term relationship to get the work done. Clients are encouraged to sit with the team while they retouch and to call them up to make changes etc.
